Therapy Services

Dr. Ashley provides therapy across the life span, from infancy, to adolescents and adults, including parenting support.  Dr. Ashley focuses on utilizing Interpersonal Neurobiology to approach nervous system regulation using both top-down (thinking and reasoning) and bottom-up (body focused) strategies to support emotional regulation and address a variety of  mental health and relational needs. Dr. Ashley believes coregulation is also an essential part of healing and living meaningful lives. She utilizes evidenced-based treatment approaches, including Interpersonal Therapy, to build social support and relational connections. Dr. Ashley provides a safe relationship for her clients to experience coregulation in the context of treatment.
